VirtuoUs KEY OBJECTIVES

Taste Prediction

Predict the taste of Food of the Mediterranean Diet starting from their chemical composition, and identify specificity, selectivity and Multi-Target Properties of Food Molecular Constituents.

Natural Compound Screening and Prediction

Select single-level models to rationally screen among natural compounds for ones able to bind and activate specific targets, and integrate those models in an efficient multiscale/multiphysics simulation framework.

User-friendly web service and interdisciplinary contamination

Develop a user-friendly web-service based on cloud technology, and ensure transfer of knowledge and a multidisciplinary integration of competencies.
